If you created an account on the iOS App and followed the setup instructions, the data your devices collects should sync when you open the App.
If your device doesn't sync when prompted, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Place a finger on the reset-window and keep it there
- A red LED lights up
- After 3 seconds, the Everion will vibrate and after about 10 seconds the red LED goes off.
- The Everion is reset
- Remove your finger
- The device automatically turns on and performs a self-test. Please refer “How to perform a self-test”
